Ordering & Payments
• A deposit is required to begin all custom orders.
• Orders are not started until payment is received.
• Final balance must be paid before delivery or pickup.
Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround: 7–14 days depending on order size.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Custom Design Policy
• All favors are custom-made, so slight variations may occur.
• Design approval will be sent before production when applicable.
Changes & Cancellations
• Changes must be requested before production begins.
• Deposits are non-refundable due to custom materials and design work.
Delivery & Pickup
• Local pickup and delivery options available.
• Shipping available — cost based on location.
